My daughter's 1st birthday is next weekend and we are doing a cupcake theme. I decided I would just bake some cupcakes and let the kids decorate their own cupcake with icing and "toppings". I'm going to get some different sprinkles, jimmies, crystals, etc. I am also going to get gummy bears (or something like that). Just trying to think of more "toppings" that kids might want to put on a cupcake. Any ideas? Thanks!

My husband just bought himself a bag of Brach's Autumn Mix:

The pumpkins would make cute toppers if you're shooting for a fall look.

Oh maybe load them with a squeeze bottle of melted chocolate for them to drizzle with?
