I have tried a few and webs.com seems to be the best for me. I am not much into the java thing so I was looking for something as really easy to use and this is it for me.

Check out Wordpress, it is really flexible and not only for blogs.

In case you want a website designer, check out Gisele Jaquenod. She designed my website and she is very affordable and totally helpful. She also designed Cake Journal, Sweetopia and Lorraine Mckay's blog.
