I have a 4 tier cake....with 3 bows. The bows are nice and dry but they do not want to stick to the side of the cake. I've tried pins, etc. Afraid to keep trying.......

Any help is very very very very much appreciated.

Thank you!

Is the cake covered in buttercream or fondant? If it's fondant, use some melted white chocolate and stick it on with that. Hold them in place until the chocolate sets up. For buttercream I don't know, it depends on how heavy the bows are.

The cake is fondant. I have some candy melts. Will that do the same thing? I think the bows are too heavy. The 1st one is sticking right now but I'm terrified to move it!

Candy melts will work in place of white chocolate, to glue bows.
