How long can whipped ganachesit out?

I refrigerate whipped ganache immediately....regular poured ganache I let sit out.

Reason being whipped ganache has a higher cream to chocolate ratio then regular ganache does.

Per my HD....whipped ganache is not shelf stable therefore needs refrigeration.

Which is why I can't use whipped ganache in anything that I sell I can only sell non-perishable baked goods.
