Does cream cheese frosting need to be refrigerated? I made the cake and iced it last night and have kept it in the fridge over night. Tonight I am decorating the cake and typically don't like to put my fondant cakes in the fridge, but do I need to since I used cream cheese?

Thanks!

Thank You! How do I keep my fondant looking ok? I've never put it in the fridge before, but I've heard bad things about it and am scared!

are you covering the whole cake in fondant or just decorating w/ accents?

I am covering the whole cake in fondant and then decorating with 50/50 gumpaste fondant.

I always put my fondant cakes in the fridge over night. I always have pick up at 11am on Saturday and Sunday,I pull the cake out an hour or 2 before pick up and add last minute decorations. I would just leave the decor off and put it on before pick up. I have only had one problem with a sagging bow ( b/c of moisture)when it was refridgerated but it wasn't bad.
