What is the shelf life for NFSC?

How long can the dough be frozen unbaked?
How long can the dough be refrigerated unbaked?

I've had some dough in the fridge for 2 weeks. is it ok?

This is personal opinion. Overnight in the fridge I get funny dry dough. I will freeze overnight if I *have* to, but I won't do it any longer than that. It would probably be okay for a few weeks in the freezer I would think.

Don't disgard your old dough though. Mark it well and keep it in your freezer, and use it for baking off samples to practice designs, etc.
