I am working on converting all my recipes to weight measurements so I can determine the food costs of my items. Does anyone have any resources websites, books ect that have been helpful to you in this process? All of my current recipes are measured in cups ect. and I prefer to use grams but ounces will also work fine.

Here's my favorite
http://www.onlineconversion.com/weight_volume_cooking.htm

It has lots of choices and takes various foods and densities into account.
