A friend asked me to make a cake for her daughter's birthday. They want a vanilla/white cake, but it must be egg free because both are allergic.
I've searched and found many many different ways - though some of the pictures on Google don't look too appetizing!
Does someone have a tried and true, moist, good tasting, will hold up under fondant, egg free vanilla/white cake recipe they can share? Thank you!
Nevermind - I'll try the diet soda one and pray it turns out and holds up okay. I don't want to get a bunch of different ingredients and sample different recipes - time and $$.
