How do I color white dragees silver? Can I just toss them in silver metalic powder or do I need to use Vodka or something else?

I don't thing you can color dragees. You can, however, purchase silver ones.

The ones I purchased said they can be colored with pearl dust. I was going to purchase the silver ones, but they are not edible.

I have airbrushed white ones before. A little tricky! An episode of Ace of Cakes, one of the girls airbrushed them red when they made the Ocenspray Cranberry cake.

The not edible thing is a sort of cya because people here in the good ol' US of A are so darn sue-happy. They contain actual silver (the gold ones contain actual gold). If you eat too much of either it is bad for you, but in small amounts they're okay. People eat these in Europe, no problem. I've eaten them and I'm fine.
