2 questions everyone!

can I freeze royal icing?


and also does anyone have a tutorial on how to make parchment triangles, not the big ones the small ones for TINY details??

I believe you can freeze the icing, but I wouldn't freeze any already dried decorations.

To make smaller bags you just cut the triangle in half. You can get two small bags from every regular triangle. icon_smile.gif

Edna here has a good Youtube video for making parchment triangles. She makes a big one, but you just use a smaller piece of parchment for smaller triangles.
