ok. i am really wanting to try some of these pretty cakes that i've seen on here, BUT...am scared to try to make ganache. i've never made it before and cannot find a recipe that has had good ratings on it. anyone have a failsafe recipe that i could try? or any tips at all would be helpful! TIA!
People learn by doing. How much of a disaster can it be if something does not turn out the way you want it to?
Ganache is nothing more than cream and melted chocolate. There are different amounts depending on what you are going to do w/the finished product.
Pick the recipe that has the best rating and go for it! You will never learn if you don't try.
