I don't think it would be a problem, but just thought I would check anyway! I am making a vanilla cake with raspberry sleeve filling, then icing with IMBC. I am planning on covering it all in MMF. I am using some chocolate MMF as accents, but before I make the white MMF, I thought I would ask how to flavor it. I was going to make Rhonda's Ultimate MMF, but it has some lemon flavoring. I have seen some with just vanilla, so to reduce all the different flavors, I think I will use that.

Does that sound good, or any other suggestions? Should I flavor the IMBC with anything else besides vanilla?

That sounds like it would be just fine.

You could also replace the vanilla flavoring with lemon. Lemon and raspberry are awesome together.

thanks! I was thinking about doing the lemon icing too, but thought it would be too much. Maybe I'll give it a whirl!
