I am making a cake this weekend that is choc mudcake covered with choc ganash with white fondant.. Does anybody know if the colour of the ganash will show through the fondant? I have never done such a dark cake with a light fondant before..
I covered a chocolate butter cream cake with off white fondant the other day, and didn't seem to have any problems. You might want to consider rolling it a little thicker, but maybe someone else has some better advice!
