I have leftover fondant... And I have an event in 2 weeks and I want to use it for that event...
Can I cut my shape today, freeze it and use it later?
How long to thaw? How to thaw?

I think there was a thread about this a week or so ago... not sure.

I read that you could cut your shapes and leave in an airtight container on the counter with no need to refrigerate or freeze. HTH

I've been very busy those days so I can't read everything...
Someone to confirm that?

It's Michelle Foster Fondant (so it's homemade)...
