I like the idea of using the MBC more than american, but everytime I've made it, it always tastes so buttery....my question is, how much flavor can I add to a batch (assuming I'm using 4 egg whites/1cup sugar/3 sticks butter)....How much liquid can I add to it, such as liqueor, pureed fruit, etc.?
Any advice would be helpful. TIA,
Try some lemon to cut the butter taste shhhhh don't tell anyone.
Also, make sure you are using UNsalted butter.
