I want pans that give a really crisp edge for both squares and circles. . . Any ideas? I don't have a ton of money either so that is a problem. . . Any help is greatly appreciated.

The best pans are magic line all the way. And second in my opinion are Fat Daddios. I actually have square magic lines and round Fat Dadios. As far as cost, they are definetly not Wilton price but if you look around you can find good deals. If you go to f o n d a n t . s o u r c e . c o m I think they have these pans and you also get an extra 10% when you type in cakecentral at checkout

I got my Magic Line pans (also known as Parrish pans) at
If you order over $100, then you get a 10% discount. You could always just buy one pan of each size until you have money to buy another set.

Sometimes you can find good deals on Ebay.
