I made the cream cheese icing from Wilton . . . love the flavor but terrible (at least for me) to ice and decorate with. I have no clue what I did wrong???? But since I'm new to this I need to experiment with different type of icings. What does everyone like to ice and decorate with? Thanks for helping me.

There's a great recipe on here for Decorator's Cream Cheese Frosting. It's delicious and it smooths and pipes beautifully!!! HTH

JGMB, could you give the link to that recipe?

I did a search under the name you gave but could not find it. I have had trouble looking up recipes since they change the site.

Thank you,

I don't know what I am doing wrong when I try to find recipes. I type the name in the search and never seem to find what I am searching for.

It's not just you! I couldn't find it using the Search engine on here either. I had to look at the recipe I'd printed out to see who'd submitted it, find her in the members' list, then go to her recipes. I did it, though -- I'm not one to give up easily! icon_wink.gif
