I acquired 3 hex pans from a friend. There are no markings on the bottom other than the "Wilton" stamp and I'm having trouble determining whether I have the 9, 12 and 15 or the 6, 9, and 12.

Do you measure from corner to corner? Or side to side?

Thanks!

Wow, I just found the exact same question posted on Wilton's forum from 2007 and no one responded. I must have stumbled onto one of life's great mysteries!

Well, after further research, my largest pan measures 15 inches from point to point and 13 inches from side to side INSIDE. I've never heard of a pan being BIGGER than it's stated size - a little smaller sometimes - but never bigger.

So, I consider the mystery solved and I'm confident I'll be making the appropriate number of servings.

*whimper*

Well, I think I have it figured out, but I'd sure like to know for certain. So, if it's not too much trouble... Thanks a bunch, gal! icon_smile.gif
