icon_confused.gif I can not find Creme Bouquet in my area....but thought that I had read a 'hm' version on CC of it......anyone help to find it? Or am I dreaming? icon_biggrin.gif

you are not dreaming I wrote it down in my notebook

1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon butter extract

mix together and bottle

I can't remember who did the post HTH

I haven't tried these yet, just wrote them down from CC in case......
2 parts vanilla, 2 parts almond, 1 part lemon juice

or
1 T lemon juice, 1 t vanilla, 1 t almond, 1 t butter

Global Sugar Art has creme bouquet in their flavoring section.

you are right I just didn't write that one down glad you did thanks the poster I think had two or three different recipes do you have any of the other ones also TIA

Hey, if you have Hobby Lobby in your area, they're carrying Lorann Princess flavoring, which is pretty similar to Creme Bouquet, just a little more citrus. Both seemed a lot stronger than the homemade version when I tried it.

Here is one I've posted before. Can't remember the gal to give credit.

1 T. Lemon extract or (juice)
1 t. vanilla extract
1 t. immitation butter flavoring
1 t. almond extract
