How long do y'all store your buttercream?
I have a strawberry buttercream, 50/50 buttercream/shortening w/ strawberry puree added, it s been in the fridge for 3 weeks. It taste yummy and want to use it to fill a cake later today.
Would it still be good after 3 weeks in the fridge?
I was just wondering because of the strawberry puree.

TIA!

You can put it in the freezer next time and it will last longer. Sounds yummy though!
