Help Please! Hot Pink Tonight! Arghhhh

I need to make HOT PINK buttercream frosting what colors can I mix to get hot pink. I have some wilton paste and some Americolor gels.

Wilton makes a Rose color. That is what I use to get hot pink. Just keep mixing and adding the Rose color until you get the exact hot pink you are looking for.

i agree, just use alot of pink, wiltons pink or rose color will get deeper. Americolor makes a deep pink and an electric pink, either of those will do it. But i dont think you can mix colours to get the hot pink you want.

Just a little tip, once you get that hot pink, adding a small amount of red (I use americolor super red) will give you a very nice red!

Becareful, you can also change the taste with too much coloring.

Probably too late but there is a neon gel color set that you can purchase at most grocery stores where I live (it's in the cake decorating isle). I have it at my shop but I'm at home now, so I'm not sure what brand it is. thumbs_up.gif
