Is there a frosting made just for borders? I use Sams' Club frosting and I noticed when I am decorating a cake and try to put borders on a cake I have to add powdered sugar to thicken the frosting up, this causes the tip to get stopped up at times. Any suggestions?
I use the same frosting for everything: IMBC.
And we use the same butter-made buttercream for all of our work.
