Eek...if I wasnt nervous before I am for sure nervous now!

I got a order a couple weeks ago for a Jimmy Choo shoe box cake with a pair of shoes on it... (it was my friends mom that was ordering it for a suprise party for her best friend)...fine i havent done a shoe before but figure i can give it a try, so I try it and they came out pretty good but the strapes we not very even. So last night I re-did the shoes because i want 100% happy with this cake is so tomorrow and I just spoke with my girlfriends mother and she proceed's to tell me how much buisness I could get from this cake because the lady its for...her and her husband own a company party works. apparently they did Miley Cyru's sweet 16 birthday.......eeekk

I am definatly going to have to re-watch my sugarshack boxes and bows dvd again before i complete this cake!!

Anywho just had to vent my nervousness ... I might have some question's later once i get started...

How awesome is that! What a great opportunity. I remember what that last person said to you about the price which was not so nice the other day. See now you are free to do something that will be great! Can't wait to see it. have fun!!!

I once had an aquatints(sp?) who always said something like this about 'famous' people:

"Their XXXX smells the same as yours and mine!"

Don't let celebrity throw you. Just do your very, very best and be happy with it.

Hi I love this! You did a great job... quick question though isn't forty spelled this way(and not fourty)? Just checking ...I know how special this is for you. Great job again. I know she will love it, and hopefully you will get tons of orders from it. thumbs_up.gif

I think Julia 53 is right - "FORTY" not "FOURTY". Just looked it up in Websters. I hope you can change it without much problem.

OMG thank you so much for pointing that out!!

I thought the spelling looked a little weird but I that was how the lady wrote it in the email!!

I have time to fix it once I am home!!! Holy Moly that was a close one!! What would I do without you guys!?

P.S: Thank you so much on the comments about it icon_biggrin.gif, I had made another pair of shoes as a practise one but the color came out wrong.
Thanks again icon_biggrin.gif

icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif They loved it! After I delivered the cake I could hardly get out of the room and people were coming up to me asking questions and for a buisness card. The as for the owners of Partyworks, they said it was awesome and they couldnt believe I had only been doing this for 7months and they asked for a buisness card icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

Anyway thanks everyone for the comments and support!! icon_biggrin.gif

The picture is in my album icon_biggrin.gif
