I had these Americolor gel food color for a while / more than a year /.I got them from Cake central.
Is it still safe to use them in my icing?They have good consistency but there is no expiry date on the bottles.

I'm not really sure as the ones I buy over here have dates on them. When they are out of date I keep them and use them up in homemade playdough.
I also used to use them up on salt dough ornaments when I was into that craft.
I know this is no help to you, sorry but thought I would share the tip as someone might appreciate it.
