I need to make a Raisin Nut Spice Cake from a box mix. Any suggestions anyone? Also, is there a difference in cooking with regular raisins or golden ones? As always, thanks for your help. thumbs_up.gif

I love Duncan Hines spice cake mix. I would just add a handful each of raisins and chopped nuts to the batter and bake as usual. I don't think there is a difference in using standard raisins or golden in baking. Just my two cents. icon_biggrin.gif
