I need help with shoe box cake and how to make the shoe, any links, tips, ideas, sugg and templates would be greatly appreciated...THANKS!!

I got Elisa Strauss' Confetti Cakes Cookbook at the local library and followed her templates...she has great pics!

I think there is a tutorial on here how to make them.. or some templates in the gallery under miscellaneous hth Good luck!
