I have been doing cakes off and on for a while. My Grandma is self-taught and has been doing cakes for years. She is retiring and giving me all her wedding cake pans and such. I do cakes when I can and would love some advice from you! Am I improving? When I look at my cakes I don't see a bigh difference. All of your cakes are so beautiful and it seems like a big difference from when you have a first cake to most updated. Please take a peek if you have time and let me know what you think. I want to start selling and want to make sure they are good enough.

Thanks so much for all your help. icon_smile.gif

Yes, I do see improvement. One thing I would work on is making things more delicate. Like with the borders, try making them less fat. You may need to use a smaller tip. With the corneli lace, you want it to be smaller and more delicate and intricate. I like to use a tip 1 or 0 for corneli lace, but even going with a tip 2 will really help.
