I am making a chocolate cake with Raspberry Buttercream but I can't figure out what to use to add the raspberry flavor. I thought about Lorann oils but I have no idea how strong they are. I make SugarShack's buttercream. I don't really want to use alcohol because it is icing and the alcohol won't boil out.

Thanks for your help!

Just add seedless raspberry preserves to taste.

I'm actually doing something of the same. I bought Raspberry Extract at a grocery store, and swapping it for the vanilla extract in my BC recipe. I've tested it, and it tastes great. HTH.
