i needed a powder to add to sugarpaste to make it harden so i can use it for modelling.
i heard tylose, cmc and gum tragacanth is ideal but when i asked in my local cake suppliers for tylose they sold me tylo.

can i use tylo for the same use or is it a completly different thing!?!?

Yes, they are the same and you can add it to the fondant.
