Stovetop Mmf ?

Is there any reason not to make MMF on the stovetop as opposed to the microwave? My microwave is pretty small and I can't fit in a bowl big enough to accomodate all of the marshmallows.

I think it would be hard to make it on direct heat, but if you rest your bowl over the pot of hot water, I think it should work.

Check into the marshmellow creme alternative! Maybe that will work better for you!

No reason why not, you're just melting it. I would use low heat or double boiler.

i do it on the stove all the time!!!! no problems at all
