I am new to carving. What is your favorite recipe for easy carving? Any help? Thanks!

I have found that I can carve most cake recipes unless they have large nuts or fruit in them. I usually freeze mine for about an hour, then tort them, fill them, and carve them. The freezing prevents too many crumbs and 'accidents' from carving soft cake.
