Another Ganache Question

I am going to try to make a whipped ganache frosting, and saw some beautiful pics posted that have me very excited to try it. My question is- in the pics I saw there are some very pale browns and some very dark browns all called whipped ganache. I would prefer the darker look. Can I get a word from the wise so I know which recipe to use and how I might affect the color while still maintaining great flavor. Thanks!! icon_biggrin.gif
