If you are doing a one layer cake, and the serving size is 2 in x 2 in, then a 12 x 18 serves 54 and the 11 x 15 serves about 35...so you'd need two 12 x 18 and one 11 x 15 ...but if you are wanting this to be just one sheet cake, I don't see how you could do it....it would be gigantic!
