Can anyone tell me the oven temp and cooking time for a 10x4 round pan?

I usually bake at 325, but in my convection oven I drop it down to 300.I've found that the time depends on what cake I'm cooking anywhere from 45-55 minutes

i did not know there are 4" deep pans. what is the name of this pan.. know of 2" and 3" deep pans.. so please let me know. tia
