Hi all!
I just received a request for a Stilletto heel cake to serve 50, having never done anything like this before I have no ideas on what to charge.
Can anyone give me some ballpark figures? And any tips on this type of cake?
Thanks so much!
Nicole

Is this going to be 3-d? Are you going to use my 2-d pattern?
You could use my pattern and put the cut-out shoe(s) on a sheet cake to get enough servings.
Answer those ?s and we can help you further on pricing.

As a general rule of thumb any sculpted cake should be no less than $5 per serving. That # is from the amount of cake you start with before you sculpt any.

Good point, I'm not sure whether it will be 2-D or 3-D, actually I'm hoping for 2-D as a 3-D shoe scares me!
Thanks for the tips, I'll qualify what is desired and might post back!
Cheers,
Nicole

I've seen a 3-D candy mold of a stiletto heel shoe. You could make one and put that on a sheet cake to give more dimension to the cake.

Just found out that this is being requested as a 3-D cake....ahhhhh, I have no idea about this. Is there a tutorial/template available, any help would be greatly appreciated!
