hi everyone!

im going for a holiday back in my country philippines and im planning to make a wedding cake there but im just curious of what type of filling should i use for my cake in relation for the hot weather there.i would like to ask if ganache filling or buttercream would be better.coz if you use butter for your ingerdients of filling it might be ruined the whole cake coz of too much heat.could anyone help me or give me some recipes or advice it would be a great help for me.thank you so much for taking the chance to read my post.
