Indydebi's Bc Refrigerated? Crusted?

Hi, I hear so many wonderful things about Indydebi's BC frosting....does this need to be refrigerated and is it a crusted BC?

No it doesn't need to be refrigerated and yes it crusts---it's fabulous! Love it!
