and easiest fondant I can make to cover cookies with. The taste Im looking for is like the rolled butter cream icing I have of marsha winbeckler's.

I am a caker by trade but here lately I have fallen in love again with cookies.

I have used the bland wilton stuff but I want to make my own that will stay on the cookies and takes color very well and taste wonderful.

MMF Ive never made but I dont remember reading if its been used on cookies.

I work more than I read...sigh shows I need to get out of the kitchen more.

So any help will be appreciated.

just my personal preference, but I don't know how anybody can eat a cookie with fondant or mmf, I just think they need to be edible and if you can you should use RI or BC. They are so delicious with either of these icon_biggrin.gif
