I need to make a topsy turvy cake to serve 200. What size pans do I need to use? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. This is my first attempt at a topsy turvy (ambitious project for a first timer huh?)...I'm in Texas so I have to go BIG or go Home !!! LOL!! icon_lol.gif

How about this: 16 inch (100 servings), 12 inch (56 servings), 9 inch (32 servings), and 6 inch (12 servings) = 200.

Word of advice: Due to having to carve cake which you'll have to bake, make three 2" layers of cake for each tier and charge them for 300 (cake will feed 200 but time, labor, and materials would be for 300).

If this doesn't make sense, PM me.
