I've been asked to do a belly cake for a baby shower. I've seen tons in the galleries. Anyone whose made one willing to share detailed instructions for pulling this off?

hi there, ive made these before, i have one posted in my pics, the way i made it was:

baked a sheet cake 9x11 then i baked a half round out of a sports ball pan, and also baked 4 cupcakes for the boobies, when i was carving out the waist, i cut out 2 holes and placed one cupcake plus one cupcake top in each hole, i then placed the half ball on the lower half, iced it, and covered it with fondant, i hope this helps!!

ps the whole cupcake fiasco was because i didnt have the mini ball pan, if you have that, then just bake 2 mini balls for the boobies.
