I know you said it could withstand heat & humidity but with the milk Im assuming you have to refrigerate? Whats if used under fondant?
You don't have to refrigerate it, even with the milk - the sugar ratio is so high it acts as a preservative.
It will work under fondant just fine.

I'd be interested in hearing if anyone puts Indydebi's BC on cookies, I have an order for one of those big message cookies the end of the month.
I've used BC on message cookie's before. i don't see why not.
