Hello. I was wondering if anyone out there has had any problems whipping egg whites with their KA. I didn't have problems with my old KA and don't have problems with a hand held. I try so hard too I watch it and pull out the beater to see if it is holding... It seems to go from foamy and not enough to a scrambled weepy mess.... Any suggestions...speed, timing, etc. Thanks so much!
My Kitchenaid is fairly new so I'm not really experienced with it. My egg whites whip up beautifully but there is always a small amount of unbeaten egg white on the bottom of the bowl. Maybe I don't have it adjusted properly but I don't want the beaters to hit the bowl. Do others have this 'residue'?
