I've been wanting to give Antonia's icing a try. Practiced a bit and was happy with how it looked. I've been doing RBC for so long I wanted to try something new. Anyhoo-come yesterday and my order that is due tomorrow flopped! Maybe I waited too long for my outlining to dry, but it cracked and the flooding didn't look good. So-- made a new batch today and used the RBC. I'm not really sure what happened, the consistency of the icing looked great, but it did get really humid here because of all of the rain we've had, maybe that was the reason why.

I really want to give it another shot, and learn from my mistakes. I'm sure I share my feelings with a lot of others when you try something new and it doesn't work out.
