I finally made and tried this today...and wow! I wish I'd done this earlier! Soooo easy to make and use and works great and soooo much cheaper than buying the cans of spray w/ the flour mixed in! For those who haven't tried it yet, you really should! I just mixed one cup each veg. oil and shortening until completely combined and then mixed in one cup of all-purpose flour, aboutl 1/3 at a time until it was all mixed together. Looks kind of like homeade paste. Thank you to everyone who had recommended it before!

It's awesome, isn't it? I keep a big batch in my fridge and just soften a little as I need it.
