I am looking for a fondant rrecipe that is not too stretchy and coverrs smoothly like the Wilton fondant, but that tastes better. Is there such a thing?? I hope someone can help meicon_smile.gif

Here is a delicious recipe that has worked really well for me. It's called Rhonda's Ultimate MMF. Here's the link:

I've also substituted almond extract for the lemon extract and it is SOOOOOOO yummy! Have fun!

The above link is for the chocolate version of this recipe. There is a version without cocoa as well as an "addendum" to Rhonda's Ultimate which incorporates Creme Royal emulsion and is very good. You can omit the Creme Royal and still have the original version:
