Here's a cake I did w/ Edna's buttercream. Every time I make her buttercream it turns out even smoother ea. time. I did this cake for my boss and wife who are here in Oklahoma working but live in Cali, so I had the chance to give them a cake! Tell me what you think icon_smile.gif TFL

Glad to be back and baking more now! Missed you guys!

I'm with you. I've started using Edna's buttercream recipe too and I've finally been able to get it without air bubbles icon_biggrin.gifthumbs_up.gificon_biggrin.gif I've tried a few others but this is the one that works for me.
Your cake is very pretty I'm sure they are going to love it!

Edna has a website with her recipe. The trick to her bc is put the kitcenaid on 1 very slow and at tthe end beat by hand.
