I just made some of Michele's Delicious fondant (thank you) and it is terrific! I only rolled and played, but didn't use on a cake yet...

I'm new to working with fondant so I'm wondering if I need to do anything to care for my cake once it's applied? Once it's laying on buttercream will that keep it fairly soft? Is the thin layer of dryness on the outside to be expected?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Tonya

To help you learn quickly and correctly, go ahead and get Sugarshack's instructional DVD, 'Flawless Fondant.' You won't regret it!

She's here on CC, you can PM her!

Have fun
