it looks like i might be able to get a small building on the cheap, from an old friend...it used to be a gift shop.....

she had it moved to her property about 10 years ago, she's retired now and its just sitting there....she called me about it yesterday

it's 25 by 14....i'd have to build onto it, BUT HOW GREAT WOULD NO RENT BE????? the lot i bought in 05 is on a main street in our town...theres a cute little retro diner across from me....so i got a spot to put it.

it is about 25 miles away in the next town.

wheres doug? he knows about stuff like this....

I am the historic buildings commission of my home town, and when we went to get a small house moved it was about $1000 per mile. Now that is a house, not a little shed type building, but it ain't cheap.
