I have a cookie order... first cookie order ever and its 300 Cowboy Cookie and 300 Sugar... So making them ahead of time, how long can I freeze them, and can I freeze both types? Also, do you taste a difference you think in pre-frozen VS not frozen?
Thanks so much cookie experts ! icon_smile.gif

I used to work in a bakery and we always premade orders then just placed them in a freezer bag until we need them. No more than a day at a time. Then when you need them just ice . you can always precut and pretray then when ready pop em in .

800 cookies!!! YIKES!!
How did it go? Did you get them all done? How long did it take you? Did you freeze them twice (before and after baking, decorating)? Have you scheduled your carpal tunnel surgery yet? icon_smile.gif

Did you post a picture?

Hope it was all good!
