Icouple of weeks back. I found a cake website on here that showed video of a decorator in her shop. She was shpowing how she has a cake board template that she uses on her cakes to cut them so thagt the sides are straight. She had some helpful videos. I thought I had saved it. She had her own small shop. If this rings a bell let me know.
